85.2% of Pawnee County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 6,356 citizens living in Pawnee County in 2021, 85.2% were old enough to vote, equating to 5,418 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 3,081 were male, constituting 56.9%, and 2,337 were female, making up 43.1%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Pawnee County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 75.6%.
