Beavers Bring Home Five Top Ten Finishes At Graduate Classic

The Beaver track and field team wrapped up day two of the Graduate Classic on Saturday, January 14 in Lincoln, NE. The two-day event was hosted by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and took place in the Bob Devaney Student Center. The top performer on day one was Joseph Michael who finished 3rd in the 60M qualifying race. Michael ended his meet finishing 10 place in the prelims just missing the finals by two spots.  

Top performers on day two included Serenity Jackson who finished seventh in the women's 200M. Jackson had two top ten finishes during the meet, finishing seventh in the women's 400M. Tyler Sonnier finished eighth place in the men's 200M with a time of 22.27. This was Sonnier's second top ten finish of the weekend as he finished tenth in the men's 400M. Finally, one the men's 4x400m relay teams consisting of Quintin Johnson, Davin Beckles, Cole Darling and Tishere Dockery finished in eleventh place.
