This notification is to inform you that a Public Hearing will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, September 15th at City Hall, 619 S. Main, before the Pratt City Planning Commission, to address a request for a variance of lots in the Sandy Creek Addition. Lots are located on the east side of Peltiers Way.
The City of Pratt and a property owner are seeking a variance to change the front yard requirement from 30 feet from the front lot line to 25 feet from the front lot line and the rear yard from 30 feet or 20% lot depth to 20 feet.
Residents within 200 feet may speak in favor of or against at the Public Hearing.
